The meditation room, top floor observatory, and first floor den are some of the many areas for independent time and breakout sessions. The two bedroom 1 bath carriage house offers a place for "retreat headquarters" and entire separate house, within steps of the main house. Perfect for strategic planning meetings, board retreats, family and friend vacations and birthday celebrations, leadership summits, sabbaticals, weddings, yoga, or spiritual retreats. The owner is an executive in the field of Leadership and Organizational Development, and a certified yoga instructor, and has facilitated retreats and planning sessions with for-profit and non-profit organizations for over 20 years. The gathering space in this home is truly breathtaking! Sitting on 9 acres of seclusion, you can enjoy the beautiful Colorado air from the hottub, multiple decks, fire pit, and a huge open backyard that leads to private hiking trails, public hiking trails, and a national forest.
The family room and kitchen can hold up to 20 people, and there is a beautiful window-filled meditation room on the main floor, and a window-filled observatory on the fourth floor for star and mountain peak gazing. There is also a game room for group fun!

The sleeping arrangements allow for privacy, and can accommodate up to 18 people. In the main house, there are four bedrooms (king, 2 queens, bunk room), each with their own private full bath. There are two additional sleeping areas in the main house that can accommodate up to 5 people.
The carriage house has one queen bed in a private room, one twin bed in a private room, a fold out couch for 2, and a bathroom.
The layout of this home makes it a great place for privacy and group entertaining.

There are so many fun things to do on the property! Outside in the back, there is a brand new hot tub, three decks, a fire pit, and a spacious backyard that leads up to private hiking trails. These trails connect to the national forest trails that go into the town of Breckenridge. For winter, we have 6 pairs of snowshoes for snowshoeing on the trails, and plenty of sleds.
In the guest house, there is a brand new game room with all new tables - foosball, pool table, shuffleboard table, and a converter ping-pong table. Tvs throughout all bedrooms, family rooms and dens.

Breckenridge is an amazing all-year round playground! World-class skiing is less than 7 minutes away and we provide a free gondola parking pass.
Summer is just as fun with fishing, hiking, white water rafting, and biking. Breckenridge is a family-friendly, old-mining town with fantastic dining and shopping.
